Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the structural design and analysis of hydropower structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing structural engineering software, including STAAD Pro, SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of design processes.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing structural design methodologies, analyses, and recommendations for hydropower structures.
  
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, providing positive contributions to collective goals.
  
• Engage in effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on structural design objectives.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of structural design work.
  
• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges related to structural design and propose effective solutions.
