Outreach is the most awarded strategy, creative & media agency based in Kathmandu. We are seeking a Strategic Planning Executive to join our team. This role is essential in developing and implementing strategic brand marketing plans for our clients to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans for key brands.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior.
• Identify target audiences and create effective communication strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams, relationship managers and brand team to execute campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the brands.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in market research and consumer behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
