Job Description

  • Supports the Store Lead in implementing company programs by working directly with the shift team to execute action plans that meet sales, operational and organizational objectives.
  • Communicates ideas to the Store Lead for broader areas of improvement.
  • Supervise all staffs and provide proper guidance and maintain the skills and encourages development of individual strengths and well-being of current staff as well as and maintain positive employee morale at all staffs.
  • Be responsible for induction training of new staffs and continuously motivate, train and retrain them to ensure that each staff is adequately trained to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Ensure that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs on selling area as well as meeting visual display and merchandising standards.
  • Protect (inventory) assets from both internal and external losses.
  • Helps to achieve the store’s operational goals by driving sales and keeping expenses in line. Learn and assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by Store Lead.
