We are currently in search of fresh talents to fill inventory supervisor position for our restaurant based in thamel. This role would be most suitable for (+2/bachelors 1 ST yr.) students, who are looking forward to build their career path towards Accounting department in future or someone with previous experience would be of a great advantage. No experience required as just a good memory and with quick learning abilities will do. Training provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain adequate stock levels on all store.
• Document daily deliveries to update/reconcile inventory.
• Set ordering levels to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
• Regulating standard procedure of ordering, receiving and verification.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management
• Update prices of all goods /food & beverage in the software.
• Other administrative task such as banking, documentation, (TIMS/ACAP/).etc.

• Must have their own transport & valid driving license
• DUTY HRS: 5hrs -8 hrs.
