Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently in search of fresh talents to fill inventory supervisor position for our restaurant based in thamel. This role would be most suitable for (+2/bachelors 1 ST yr.) students, who are looking forward to build their career path towards Accounting department in future or someone with previous experience would be of a great advantage. No experience required as just a good memory and with quick learning abilities will do. Training provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain adequate stock levels on all store.
Document daily deliveries to update/reconcile inventory.
Set ordering levels to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
Regulating standard procedure of ordering, receiving and verification.
Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.

Update prices of all goods /food & beverage in the software.
Other administrative task such as banking, documentation, (TIMS/ACAP/).etc.

Note:

Must have their own transport & valid driving license
DUTY HRS: 5hrs -8 hrs.
