Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Online Sales Manager to oversee our online sales operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, managing the e-commerce platform, and optimizing the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Optimize the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with customer service team to address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and developments in e-commerce industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and online sales management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
