Godawari Business Organization is seeking a mid-level Store Manager/ Depo Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager/ Depo Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of our store and depo operations. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store and depo, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and motivate a team of employees.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for customer demands.
Responsible for cash management, including handling deposits, reconciling cash registers, and preparing financial reports.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized store and depo, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and submit reports on store and depo performance to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
