Pepperfry, the leading omni-channel Home Improvement platform, is on the lookout for a seasoned Store Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the furniture retail business. Join our dynamic team and be a part of shaping homes across Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the physical store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Implement merchandising strategies to showcase Pepperfry's diverse furniture and home decor offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
Uphold the Pepperfry brand image through store presentation and adherence to company standards.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

3 or more years of experience in furniture retail management.
