Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, returning and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels
Presenting monthly record to finance head
Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Two years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, and record keeping
Physically able to lift heavy items above and below shoulder height, and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching, and bending
Candidate must have passed secondary level or Intermediate running
