Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory and stock levels, implementing store policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role involves preparing and managing budgets, handling customer complaints and inquiries, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field
