  • Sound knowledge of computer operation
  • Acute knowledge of inventory management and procurement system.
  • Technical knowledge of Inventory management including EOQ, ROQ, Minimum/Maximum level, Holding Cost and so on.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management software (Fact, Tally, swastik)

Preferred Experience in Electronics and Equipment Trading sector.

Job Description

  • Verify and reconcile the items received with the invoices and order
  • Make sure that the minimum level of stock is maintained so as to avoid any delay in stock delivery
  • Use inventory management software and help in costing
  • Report to procurement department if delivered merchandise has been damaged/ short/ excess/ unapproved
  • Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, GRN, orders, etc.
  • Communicates with the related departments in order to receive or transmit information
  • Maintenance of day to day inventory movement and report it to the authorized department
  • Assist auditors during Inventory physical verification
  • Resolve accounting/stock discrepancies and take responsibility for any loss/ damages
  • Other duties as assigned
