Good understanding of financial concepts related to Inventory Control, Fixed Assets & Depreciation etc.
Must have knowledge of the Government’s Taxation Policy

Job Description

Ascertain the requirement of the equipments and other materials.
Assist in Procurement. Arrange for logistics related to purchase of the equipments.
Follow up with the suppliers and ensure timely supply of the goods against Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with supervisors and technical personnel for technical verification of the goods received and identify damages / discrepancies.
Ensure accurate and well updated consumption booking record.
Perform physical verification of the stocks, investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy of the records.
Ensure adequate stock level is maintained for all kinds of equipments.
Responsible for overall inventory control.
Review invoices, reports, records and ensure full accuracy.
Prepare and submit reports to supervisor within the prescribed schedule.
Take appropriate measures to ensure safety and easy accessibility of goods in store.
Supervise and train subordinates.
