House of NEBA is looking for a Store Assistant who embodies our commitment to ethical luxury and artisanal craftsmanship.

If you have an eye for minimalist design and a passion for sustainable storytelling, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadorship: Share the philosophy and the stories behind our collections with every visitor.
Visual Excellence: Maintain the store’s minimalist aesthetic, ensuring inventory is displayed according to our clean-line design standards.
Client Relations: Provide a high-touch, sensorial shopping experience, assisting clients with styling our unconventional silhouettes and modular pieces.
Inventory Management: Handle delicate, ethically sourced materials with the utmost care.
Operational Support: Assist with daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining a serene, welcoming environment.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

A Storyteller: You are passionate about sustainability and can articulately explain the value of slow fashion and ethical production.
Design-Oriented: You have a natural appreciation for minimalism, architectural silhouettes, and earthy, natural palettes.
Detail-Focused: You understand that luxury is in the details, from the fold of a garment to the precision of a customer’s experience.
Adaptable: You thrive in a boutique environment where every day offers a mix of creative styling and operational tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in high-end retail or the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years Experience in hospitality or retail.
An understanding of textiles (linen, silk, hand-loomed cotton).
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
