Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior UI/UX Designer at Maxwell Int located in Kathmandu. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating and designing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. The Senior UI/UX Designer will also conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Experience with responsive design and designing for various platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with motion graphics and interactive prototyping is a plus
