Job Summary

The Senior Technicians are responsible to providing skilled work in installation, repair, operation and maintenance of the Air Conditioning, equipment and system.

Specific Functions/Essential Duties

• Installation, repair, operation and maintenance of the Air Conditioning  & equipment
• Responsible for providing Air Conditioning  Service to Source customers across the service area
• Ensure customer needs are being met efficiently, accurately and on-schedule. 
• Resolves issues and problems that impact customer satisfaction.
• Provides explanations to billing inquiries. 
• Ability to read and understand such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proper coordination within department and provides feedback.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by seniors.

Requirements

• Diploma/CTEVT in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering (Specialized in Refrigeration & AC is preferable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Air Conditioning service or related industry.
• Must have energetic, quick- witted, and ability to work independently.
• Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air Conditioning systems
• Must have knowledge in trouble shooting and detect damages
• Must have ability to work in pressure and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems (E-mail, Word, Excel, Work Order Software), collect data and submission of required reports
