𝐍𝐨. 𝐨𝐟 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 1

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade channels within the assigned area.
• Manage relationships with key modern trade retailers.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts, promotional activities, and terms with key customers.
• Work closely with Sales and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the modern trade segment.
• Manage, train, and motivate the team to achieve high performance.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade sales
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
