Sr. Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer to promote and sell equipment for hydropower projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in equipment sales, a good understanding of the hydropower industry, and strong relationships with contractors and key stakeholders in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydropower sector.
• Promote and sell equipment to hydropower projects, contractors, and relevant clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hydropower contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential projects and sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Monitor ongoing and upcoming hydropower projects to generate leads.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment sales related to hydropower projects.
• Good knowledge of hydropower projects, contractors, and the related market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must have a personal vehicle for field visits and client meetings.
