Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales of IT solutions. The role involves creating and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Experience in selling IT solutions or software products
  • Knowledge of IT Solutions and Software Products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in BIM or BBA or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and the software industry.
  • 1/2 yr work experience or Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to travel.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

Note: Must have two wheeler with Valid Driving License.
