To be one of the team member of the core agency team responsible for developing & executing effective advertising campaign for all assigned clients.
- Manage the client’s media and buying needs
- Research and identify the medium or the combination of mediums to communicate messages to the target audience
- Research and identify latest trend and new advertising mediums in the market
- Analyze the budget and the campaign objective to develop media strategy
- Supervise media planning, buying and scheduling
- Discuss projects with the clients and the media team
- Manage the execution of the authorized plans, purchase order and media payments
- Approve advertising billing and invoices for payment. Communicate with agencies and outside vendors for billing issues and dispute resolution
- Train and supervise the media department employees
- Imitate accurate and detailed paperwork for jobs that are input into the production and accounting system and follow the process from beginning to end
- Conduct service review meetings with clients and ensure that standard of service is maintained
- Oversee the analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors information
- Monitor, review and report on all media activities and status/results
- Build relationship with media houses and media sales companies and also able to negotiate rates for most competitive prices
