  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Advertising/ Media Houses.
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should be capable to work with wide range of people.
  • Must be able to analyze research data.
  • Should have good computer knowledge (MS office word, excel, ppt.).
  • Professional appearance and persona.
  • Well organized and able to handle pressure.
  • Willing to work long hours, especially under tight deadlines.

Job Description

  • Research and identify latest trend and new advertising mediums in the market.
  • Supervise media planning, buying and scheduling.
  • Discuss projects with the media team.
  • Manage the execution of the authorized plans, purchase order and media payments.
  • Supervise advertising billing and invoices for payment. Communicate with agencies and outside vendors for billing issues and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee the analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors information.
  • Monitor, review and report on all media activities and status/results. 
  • Build relationship with media houses and media sales companies and also able to negotiate rates for most competitive prices.
