Requirements and Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Establish an annual marketing plan and supporting systems to achieve performance metrics in terms of marketing and sales of CLE.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative communication campaigns in support of signature events and ensuring robust application flow for all the programs of CLE.
  • Working with outside resources/outreach campaigns/networking to ensure the brand architecture and presence of CLE at every targeted market is done and establish effective systems and processes that ensure consistently effective output.
  • Ensure that our digital presence is optimized by the team (website, social media, content marketing).
  • Ensure the efficient and cost effective production of all collateral, video, print, etc.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget to maximize value while minimizing risk of overages.
  • Lead, manage and develop the student-life-cycle experiences from application to off-boarding after graduation to alumni engagement.
  • Expected to play an active role in the formation of the annual Strategic Plan and its implementation of CLE.
  • Serve as a constant example of the CLE’s culture and core values.
