Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

MBA/MBS/M.com /MA-Economics/CA/ACCA/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 7 years of Banking experience for Master's degree or 10 years experience for Bachelor's degree and at least current working position in Sr. officer level
Sound knowledge of bank management
Good communication, sound computer knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali
