Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a Sr. IT System Administrator to join our IT department in Nepal. 

Shift: 6:45 PM- 2:45 AM (NPT)- Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Sr. IT System Administrator service includes but are not limited to the following:

Role Expectations: 

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), and Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, and Proxmox.
• Expertise in networking, firewall configurations, ZTNA, endpoint protection, and SIEM systems (Wazuh, TheHive5, Cortex, etc.).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation (PowerShell, Bash).
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity, MISP, SCCM, and device security (Conditional Access, PIM, BYOD, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft Defender, and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with device enrollment and autopilot deployment strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex IT issues.
• Experience with IT policy implementation and security compliance measures.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT system administration.
• Hands on Experience of Windows Server and Linux.
• Strong Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft Defender (preferred)
• Hands on Experience with Conditional Access, Global Secure Access, Device Enrollment & Autopilot, PIM, BYOD. (Preferred)
• Knowledge of SIEM System, Cybersecurity, SCCM (Preferred).
• Experience with VMware-ESXi, Proxmox systems.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, ZTNA.
• Experience in automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
