Job Description

Chirayu National Hospital is looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and keeping past and current records.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance  

Requirements 

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capacity
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • MBA/MBS in business administration or relevant field; 
  • HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
