Job Description

  • Work closely with a departmental head for increasing employee motivation and engagement
  • Responsible for Nepalese's labour policy implementation and HR outreach work
  • Maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance
  • Handle workplace conflicts in a positive and professional manner
  • Ensure that all the Department Managers have proper JD and KPIs in place
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to HR activities
  • Maintaining Human Resources Information System records and compile reports from the database
  • Conduct interviews with candidates for different positions along with the specific line managers
  • Coordinate in formulating and executing HR process & policy in the organization.
  • Identify staff development opportunities for different department staff provide them opportunities accordingly
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department and the attendance of employees.
  • Develop, promote and implement opportunities for employee development and training programs
  • Ensure periodic appraisals are conducted of all NCHRC employees as per HR policy
  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee   relations and human resources policies, programs, and practice
  • Manage company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documentation of overall activities and implementation of day to day HR functions
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the concerned authority
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Perform other duties as required by the management
