Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
At least 5-6 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in .NET and Angular technologies.
Strong knowledge of software development principles, practices, and design patterns.
Experience leading and mentoring other developers.
Strong experience in front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks.
Strong experience in back-end development using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. \
Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure is preferred.
Strong experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Design and develop high-quality software applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead and mentor other developers to ensure the technical quality and scalability of the software solutions.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design, and test documentation.
Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and development trends to ensure continuous improvement of the software solutions.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
