Qualification: Management Graduate specialized in Human Resource Management or equivalent from recognized university

Experience: 4 to 5 years

  • Experience at human resource management having a career history preferably in IT/ Software Industry.
  • Capable of managing and running human resource unit independently. 
  • Experience at working in the sphere of policy documentation under the guidance and supervision of senior management.
  • Experience at preparing HR related documents under the guidance and supervision of senior management.
  • Experience at conducting performance evaluation and training. 
  • Experience at running HR Software.


Job Description

  • Responsible for handling pre-hiring process and conduct training procedures for new employees.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Unit.
  • Responsible for implementing performance review procedures.
  • Handle all the administrative works such as preparing appointment letters, scope of work, recommending senior authority for promotion, upgrade, transfer etc.
  • Prepare training manual for employees and conduct different level of training as per Employee Service Rule.
  • Review current HR policy and recommendation from time to time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  • Manage SSF/CIT related matters as applicable on behalf of the company. 
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of policy documents and human resource related documents.
  • Perform other routine duties and responsibilities within the given scope of work.
