Casa Deyra (P) Ltd. is a Kathmandu-based property management company engaged in leasing and managing homes and apartments for tourists and long-term tenants. We provide comprehensive property management,guest communication and hosting services for both short-term and long-term stays. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as:

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including obligations to suppliers, customers and third- party vendors.
Process bank deposits and perform regular bank and financial reconciliations.
Prepare, issue and maintain proper records of invoices.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Prepare and submit required tax-related documents and forms.
Identify, investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports on accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and update accounting databases, records and financial spreadsheets.
Manage and maintain proper records of petty cash.
Maintain proper inventory records and support effective inventory management.
Assist in other finance and administrative activities as required.

Important: A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is compulsory for this position.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in accounting administration or a similar finance role.
Sound knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounts receivable/payable management.
Good understanding of financial statement preparation and audit processes.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including financial formulas and spreadsheet preparation.
Strong data-entry skills with a keen eye for identifying numerical discrepancies.
Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
