We are a UK-based property management company seeking a committed and ambitious Property Manager to join our Nepal-based remote team. This is a long-term career opportunity in UK real estate and property management. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to gain relevant qualifications and progress within the company.

Work-from-Home Requirements:
Working Schedule
Candidates must be able to work according to UK working hours. Nepal working hours will change when UK daylight-saving time changes. This is a full-time role. Employees are expected to fully commit to the position and must not undertake other employment, part-time work, freelancing or side businesses that conflict with working hours, performance, confidentiality or company responsibilities.
Salary, Training & Career Progression
The position includes a 3-month probationary period. Following successful completion of probation, the salary will be NPR 30,000 per month.
Full training will be provided in UK property management, lettings, compliance, maintenance, customer service and property-management systems. Opportunities for relevant courses and professional qualifications may also be provided.
Bonus, commission, promotion and salary increases will depend on individual performance, experience, professional qualifications, level of responsibility and contribution to the company.
Note: We are looking for candidates who want to build a long-term career in UK real estate and property management, with a preferred minimum commitment of 2 years.
