Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering (Candidates with MBA degree will be preferred)
  • Should be a valid member of Nepal Engineering Council(NEC) or Nepal Engineering Association(NEA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Data Center, Customer Contact Center and Telecommunication related Value Added Services.
  • Self-motivated and competency to understand the requirements of customers and  communicate independently.
  • Ability to strengthen the relationship with customers and client companies in order to encourage and support their commitment to export growth and act as a Technical Liaison for smooth operation.
  • Valid driving license (2/4 wheeler)

Job Description

  • Independently handle assigned projects.
  • Work closely with team members and end customers to understand client’s requirement.
  • Should be willing to work in a multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Communicating with the Principle companies, the clients and the contractors.
  • Reading and analyzing design specifications and technical drawings.
  • Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescale.
  • Handling Repair/Maintenance and Guarantee issues of the assigned projects.
  • Preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations.
