Position Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both national and international projects, leading our team in the design, development, and execution of hydropower initiatives. From conceptualization to completion, you'll leverage your expertise to drive innovation and ensure the success of our ventures across borders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts for hydropower projects, overseeing all phases from feasibility studies to commissioning, both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that optimize project efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Serve as a technical expert and liaison with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address project requirements and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structure, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in hydropower design and engineering, with a proven track record of successfully leading national and international projects must. 
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, HEC-RAS) and familiarity with relevant regulations and codes in various jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment and with International lenders.
