Job Description

Complete project management for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works
Review of Bill of Quantities provided by the Consultant / Clients
Review of Layout drawings and suggestion as per site conditions
Preparation of Techno-commercial offer
Project planning with required Bar Chart
Work Execution Plan
Material Planning
Preparation and support in making contract
Coordination with Internal staff members, sub-contractors etc.
Coordination along with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and interior services etc. involved in the Projects
Coordination and site meetings with Architect / Client / PMC
Supervision and Quality control
Preparation of Shop drawings and As built drawings
Preparation of Running Bills and Final Bills
Extra Items / Variation order approval etc
Training and motivation to subordinate staffs
Testing and commissioning of major Electro-mechanical Equipment’s
Preparation of project handover documents
