Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving student recruitment and enhancing brand visibility for AHZ Nepal. This role involves managing SEO, SEM, content creation, social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will ensure that digital strategies align with business goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing education consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content.
  • Monitor trends in the education consultancy industry and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to the Marketing Manager.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance marketing outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
