Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage telephone communication, including handling inquiries and directing calls.
Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records to support effective inventory management.
Oversee office supplies, ensuring timely procurement and stock management.
Maintain and update administrative records, files, and documentation.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Job Experience: Must have 2 years of experience in similar field
Academic Qualification: At least +2 completed (Preferred Bachelor’s degree)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills- ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to collaborate with different departments, support administrative functions and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of MS Office and basic office management software.
Understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor payments is a plus.
