Job Description

Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Facilitate Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers between accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into financial performance.
Utilize accounting software proficiently for transaction recording, report generation, and process streamlining.
Oversee the process of Letter of Credit (LC) management, including issuance, amendment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations by accurately calculating and timely remitting taxes, and assisting in tax return preparation.
