Project: Sponsorship Project (Component of CESP)

Project Working Areas: former Narayanpur, Dhansingpur, Lalbhoji, Bhajani,  Pahalmanpur, Sandepani, Darakh, Khailad and Udasipur VDC of Kailali district

The position will oversee the tasks related to sponsorship relating to WVIN partnership projects and will lead the sponsorship team in WACT

Term & Location: Fixed term position and will be based in Tikapur office and will be required to travel at least 60% of the time

Academic Qualification and Experience

• Higher Secondary degree (+ 2) in any relevant field with more than 3 years’ experience in Development Sector OR Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in any relevant field with at least a year’s experience in Development Sector

• Understanding of poverty issues, development theories and sustainable development practices
  
• Strong management skills including the ability to plan and budget; manage performance of Sponsorship Mobilizers and data entry person; monitor, evaluate and communicate results; think strategically and analytically; solve problems; and make appropriate and timely decisions
  
• Strong people management skills including performance management and talent development, as well as good facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills
  
• Effective written and oral communications skills including presentation and reporting skills
  
• Good interpersonal and strong coordination skills to partner and influence Sponsorship Integration with other sectors of WVIN partnership projects
  
• Computer and Technology literacy; Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
