Position: Specialist/Sales Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Regional Business and Channel Sales Management

  • Plan and execute sales growth strategy, maximize distribution, outlet coverage and sales productivity and optimize market potential for meeting desired Sales and Business Target.
  • Drive & Manage S&D KPI’s, Channel Management & Performance, Stock Availability, Product awareness & Promotions and other Sales & Marketing activities.
  • Drive and monitor effective implementation of sales planning and sales performance management of sim card, recharge card, e-recharge distribution on micro market level.
  • Facilitate timely completion of all plan/projects with realization of weekly milestones (as defined) and monthly target as undertaken.
  • Adhere with Sales and Distribution Excellence framework in region.   

2. Analyzing and Reporting

  • Analyze micro market trends for Key KPI’s i.e., RGB, Gross Addition, Revenue, Refill, Data User, Digital Adaptation, and others.
  • Timely report of market issues, Distribution issues, Coverage & Gap in market and plan for corrective actions
  • Identify and resolve any impediments/ issues hindering achievement of targets.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports and dashboard for Sales and Distribution effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in HQ and Regions for devising and implementing actions for meeting yearly region business targets.
  • Coordinate with within and cross functional team to plan and drive various programs to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor performance of Business Partners on S&D KPI’s and lead meetings and forums to discuss daily/weekly/monthly business performance and devise action plan.

3. Monitoring of Competitors’ Activity   

  • To observe Market trend and Competition insights ensuring robust and effective reporting mechanisms to stakeholders & devise/formulate/implement timely actions to leverage them.
  • Organize meetings to update Regional Performance and Customer insights to devise and implement region specific initiatives fostering collaboration and ownership.

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant disciplines with minimum 4 years of experience OR Professional degree/ master’s degree in management with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Preference will be given to candidate having relevant experience in developing channel sales strategy which includes but not limited to planning routes for sales call to POS; analyzing own and competitors’ products in the market and their sales; forecasting demands; supervising sales manpower for various sales-related activities.
  • Should be able to convince outlets to ensure all required activities in the interest of Ncell which includes but not limited to maintaining required stock; visibility of products; pushing Ncell products, etc.

Duty Station:
Province 5 but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
