Position: Specialist Human Resources
Level: Specialist
Reporting to: Head of Human Resources

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate Head Count sourcing strategies and methodologies aligning with the objectives of the Organization.
  • Effectively communicate Head Count sourcing plans, progress, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Actively engage stakeholders throughout the sourcing process, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and integrated into sourcing strategies and activities. 
  • Manage and maintain a talent pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
  • Articulate Ncell's Employer Brand and ensure Value Proposition to attract top talent in the organization.
  • Employ multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source candidates for open positions.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job criteria and fit into the Ncell's culture.
  • Conduct and coordinate preliminary screenings and assessments to gauge candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs and specifications.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in crafting job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually refine sourcing strategies.

Education:                         

  • Master’s degree in management / professional Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Management / Professional Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have head count sourcing experience in an established organization.
  • Must be able to understand macro level organizational requirements and align the same with the vertical’s objectives and strategies.
  • Must have understanding of world class practices in end-to-end head sourcing related portfolio.
  • Must have good experience in Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.

  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output.
  • Tries to reviews linkages beyond own work area.

  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support.
  • Adapts rules or recommends alteration in normal procedures to get a job done well.
  • Understands personal strengths & weaknesses and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.
