Job Description

Shasheela Motors is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Officer to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our spare parts department.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts inventory.
  • Receive and process spare parts orders from various departments and external customers.
  • Inspect incoming spare parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with spare parts suppliers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all spare parts transactions and inventory movements.
  • Work closely with the service and maintenance departments to understand their spare parts needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in spare parts management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of spare parts cataloging and familiarity with automotive spare parts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in spare parts identification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
