Job Description

To monitor the current base and recommend strategies to attain more clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction.
To determine spares sales objectives, targets and ensure compatibility for the same with dealer’s productivity and provide assistance to all customers.
To develop effective spares processes for both internal and external customers and maintain inventory for all the service departments and coordinate with various vendors to obtain all discounts.
To train all employees to work efficiently with all customers, spares and ensure effectiveness of all warehouse operations according to objectives and prepare appropriate forecasts.
To prepare monthly and annual sales plans along with logical targets and evaluate all activities for the entire department.
To ensure all the KPIs are met with high operational efficiency and productivity.
