Sous Chef (Indian/Chaines Cuision)

Educational Qualification & Work Experience 

  • department in similar role as engineering manager
  • Candidates having pleasant personality and should be able to manage the production independently in all operations as well as administrative aspects and solid food preparation in Indian/ Chinese section from conception to execution
  • BHM or Diploma with minimum 2/3 years of similar experience in Indian/Chinese cuisine or 8-10 years' experience in 5/4-star international chain hotel in the similar role as Sous Chef
