Educational Qualification & Work Experience

department in similar role as engineering manager
Candidates having pleasant personality and should be able to manage the production independently in all operations as well as administrative aspects and solid food preparation in Indian/ Chinese section from conception to execution
BHM or Diploma with minimum 2/3 years of similar experience in Indian/Chinese cuisine or 8-10 years' experience in 5/4-star international chain hotel in the similar role as Sous Chef
