Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Biratnagar for a Sous Chef at Bajeko Sekuwa Pvt.Ltd. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. Your tasks will include food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create new dishes. You will also help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
