This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager at Lucky HR Solution in Lalitpur. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities daily.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the public, agents, and manpower suppliers in and outside of Kathmandu Valley.
• Travel across Nepal as necessary to identify and secure manpower resources to meet the organization's needs. Ensure a consistent and reliable pipeline of candidates to fulfill staffing demands.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals. Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, team performance, and recruitment metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sourcing efforts.
• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company guidelines.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
• Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from selecting candidates to onboarding new hires. Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR-related issues within the sourcing team.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel across Nepal and may involve working in various locations, including rural and remote areas. The Sourcing Manager will need to be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
