Job Summary:

As a Technical Support, you will be our app users' first point of contact, assisting them with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on using our app effectively. Your role is crucial in ensuring our users have a seamless experience and can maximize the benefits of our app.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including app installation, configuration, and functionality issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting articles.
  • Feedback: Gather and relay user feedback to the development team for continuous improvement of the app.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development and product teams to resolve basic issues and implement user suggestions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on support activities, user satisfaction, and common issues to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: No experience needed but experience in technical support would be counted.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with web designing and development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
