Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Manager / Executive to drive the sales and marketing of software solutions and technology products. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in software/technology sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in understanding and promoting technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for software products and technology solutions.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and client support.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and regular sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
Stay updated on software products, emerging technologies, and competitors in the market.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in software, technology, IT product, or solution-based sales/marketing.
Strong interest and understanding of software and technology products.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits clearly to non-technical clients.
Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools will be an advantage.
