We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in manual testing/test automation, test plan, test design, and quality process management. The Tester will be responsible for improving our quality processes, coordinating testing activites, and ensuring the high quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Features Refinement and Test Design: Create detailed test cases and test plans based on project requirements.
• Test automations: Designing and writing test automation scripts using test automation frameworks.
• Functional Validation: Perform targeted functional end to end testing ensuring all features meet the defined requirements.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing during release cycles to ensure system stability.
• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans for production and release cycles, including both planned and hotfix-based releases based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Defeact management: Identify and report bugs risks in development, working closely with developers.
• Run and interpret automated tests: Independantly run the automated tests, interpret the results and generate documentation.
• Process Improvement: Streamline test approaches to improve quality processes and reduce mean time to resolution KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 2 years of experience in testing

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using testing tools such as Jira.
• Automated test frameworks such as Cypress. Knowledge of Squish is a plus.
• Experience with Java scripting
• Familiarity with build automation tools like GitLab.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.

Language Skills:

Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (Minimum).
