Inovaara is a technology company specializing in building MVPs, software solutions, data analysis tools, and branding platforms. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality mobile applications. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with Flutter advancements and integrate the latest technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience, focusing on web app and mobile app development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience in building and deploying Flutter applications.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend integrations.
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar).
• Knowledge of Firebase, Supabase, or other backend-as-a-service(BaaS) platforms.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying web and mobile applications in production.
• Familiarity with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to Flutter Web or desktop applications.
