Job Description

Requirements:

At least 1+ year of enterprise level programming.
Passion for programming
Solid experience using Java or Python. Knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of object-oriented design and development, design patterns
Experience with server programming and socket programming and messaging libraries like zeromq
Familiarity with regular expression, data formats like JSON
Knowledge of algorithms and data structure, especially with relation to complex event processing, would be an advantage.
Knowledge about performance and optimisation with relation to Java and Python services would be a plus.
Familiarity with testing framework like JUnit, nosetests
Familiarity with agile development practices like Scrum would be plus point
Familiarity with version control systems like svn and git
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field will be preferred
Ability to work under tight time constraints with dynamic requirements
Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail
Capacity to work well in groups as well as independently.
