Department: IT/ Software Engineer
Reports To: Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions while adhering to industry's best practices. This role requires a full-stack development background with expertise in the .NET platform and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities

Performs other duties as needed including quality assurance.
Full Stack development utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions.
All kinds of R&D in line with project's requirement
Continuously develop and socialize best practices for the design and development of scalable and highly available software applications.
Code and test new software applications.
Enhance existing systems by identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software bugs.
Performs other duties needed including quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members to work towards a Definition of Done on projects.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
Minimum 4+ years of work experience in the .NET platform.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) skills.
Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript (JS), and C#.
In-depth knowledge of MSSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with web-based application development and scripting.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
