Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the software industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, with a strong understanding of frontend and backend development processes.
• Operations Knowledge: Understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals and strategies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
